CCA is located in Ghana and is a registered and licensed school under the Ghana Education Service and the Department of Social Welfare. Currently, we care for and teach children from 6 months (teddy bear group) up to grade 9.  

Cherished Children Academy believes students learn best when they feel safe, valued and happy. Our goal is to provide a safe, secure environment for your child that fosters physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. At Cherished Children Academy, children are given the opportunity to explore materials and participate in a variety of experiences. Activities are carefully planned and implemented in an open-classroom setting. We recognize that children develop at different rates and have different interest. Small classes and appropriate teacher-child ratios allow for meeting the individual needs of each child.

Millicent is the founder of Cherished Children Academy and she has been working in Germany for many years for the benefit and protection of children. She is a qualified social education worker, child protection specialist and family counselor.
